The contrast of warm and cold is the visual and acoustic idea behind this telenovela guitar. The selection of tonewoods underline this expressive variance perfectly: the body is made of korina - the famous but rather heavy weight timber that made Gibson's Flying V's so famous - and because of its weight, Andy realised the guitar as a thinline with a lightweight but resonant birch top. The excellent pickups by Jason Lollar underline the lively attack of this sixstring simultaneously with warmth and a woody character. A guitar for the refined sonic connoisseur.
